Christmas party 2013

 As always, Christmas is a time to celebrate with family and friends, reflecting on a year of God's faithfulness and the miracle of the Christmas story. Here are a few photos from our Christmas party in the Isla. Thanks to Vida Abundante Church for their gift donations and the tons of people that made this happen. Lord, our Lord,
    how majestic is your name in all the earth!

You have set your glory
    in the heavens. 

 Through the praise of children and infants
    you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
    to silence the foe and the avenger.

When I consider your heavens,
    the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
    which you have set in place,

what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
    human beings that you care for them?

You have made them a little lower than the angels

    and crowned them with glory and honor.

You made them rulers over the works of your hands;
    you put everything under their feet:

all flocks and herds,
    and the animals of the wild, 

 the birds in the sky,
    and the fish in the sea,
    all that swim the paths of the seas.

November in FL

Genesis baby shower

In November, Genesis had a baby girl and we had a baby shower for her. It was a good way to love her, since she had no shower for her baby. We hope that she was shown Christ's love for her and we prayed for her baby and for Genesis, that they would become disciples of Christ!

surprise party

  Last year, my friend and disciple Kristal mentioned that she's ALWAYS wanted a surprise party to celebrate her birthday. Well, with the help of many others, we made it happen and she was blown away!

Thanks to amazing texting technology, her whole small group showed up! It was unforgettable!
