your prayers work!

i truly believe in the power of prayer...I've seen God work in MANY ways this week..I'll name two.
1.) yesterday I went the wrong way down a one-way street.haha..if you knew the streets here, you'd know why..paint is optional and so are street lights...thank God for people flashing their lights.
2.) yesterday in the Precario, the kids were SUPER attentive. i taught them about growing in their faith, using examples from nature and how things grow. they were SO GOOD it was scary. truly someone was praying yesterday. ha. we had them draw pictures of what they wanted to be when they grow up, which is good because all kids need DREAMS!!

today, we will start cooking a little for Thanksgiving! We're cooking for the owners of the house we rent. they are like our tico family so it will be great fun sharing cultures! yummy! even though i'm not going to be at home for Thanksgiving, I'm overwhelmingly happy and thankful for this year and God's incredible faithfulness...i'm also grateful for YOU!!!!!!! thanks for taking interest in my life and sharing life together!
