it's been 15 days of straight rain...today it stopped for 2 hours, which was a record considering it's not raining tonight...yet.....this is the part of Costa Rica the tourists don't see...months and months of NONE STOP RAIN!! I'm going crazy!
So, we moved into a new place while we wait for a missionary family to move to Venezuela and we will move to the house where they are living. I'm not used to the new environment because it is a lot more natural with trees and grass and not nearly as much concrete as we had at our previous home...before, at my old house, you could leave pasta noodles open without the risk of bugs invading. Well, after eating a bowl full of pasta, which we rather enjoyed, but then noticing that the bottom of the pot was covered in dead weevils,
I've learned my lesson.
Hope my body has a high weevil tolerance.
