blogger kicked me off...

anyway, where was I?

oh, the kids are so excited about the Christmas party! I'm going in a couple minutes to help my friend pick up more presents...His house is so full it looks like Santa's workshop!

The pictures below are from a trip I made with two friends to Panama. Every 3 months, I have to leave the country because I'm not a citizen. So we took 3 days to visit Bocas del Toro, a group of islands near the border. It was a great trip to learn about another culture and compare it with Costa Rica. I had a neat opportunity to share my testimony and passions with a tourist from England. Pretty cool!

With Red Viva, the other organization I'm helping, we're working on organizing for a project called "Sitting Duck"...I'm working with 10 food kitchens, helping them pick one child from each neighborhood to be part of a year long program where they will be trained and film their environment. It's a really neat way to impower kids and make others aware of their conditions and how they might impact lives! Neat...

I'm learning a lot but one of the most impactful things I'm learning is that God is IN THE DETAILS...lately my mentor and I have been praying for very specific things and God keeps showing up in the smallest details. He knows His people so well and He knows what's best for us...He's in the most tiny details in our life because He knows their important to us too...He's so good!

Lastly, my mom's coming on the 14th! It's so exciting!! Great stuff's going on!! Merry almost Christmas to everyone!
