Happy cinco de mayo! I only wish that Costa Rica celebrated Mexican independence:) Today, I have so many great memories of college, going to amazing Mexican restaurants and pigging out on chips and salsa. One day, I'm going to have a Cinco de Mayo party here in Costa Rica:) Anyway, for all of you in the US, eat some extra spicy Mexican yumminess today for yours truly! Gracias!
